What is this?

Hi! So I’ve had this “bump” on my thigh for years and I’ve never asked my doc what it is because I never think about it when I’m there.

I’ve had other ones on my hands and I scratch them off, literally. I’ll just scratch at them until I can peel it off my hand or finger.

But this one on my thigh I’ll scratch it but it doesn’t come off.

Has anyone ever had one and know what it is? Or how to get rid of it?
