My BF family hates me

Me and my boyfriend have been together almost a year now. A few months back we had a bit of a rough patch. Before that his family liked me but now the hate me and don’t trust me.

My family gave my bf a second chance but his family won’t give me one. It’s starting to really effect my bf, his dad shows that he hates us together every time my bf is happy.

I don’t know what to do? I’m petrified that it will end our relationship. I don’t want to come between him and his family.

Edit: not allowed anywhere near his house where he lives with his parents. They don’t wanna see me at all.
