Ok i have a weird question?

So me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex in my fertile week.

Well the following week I had a polypectomy. I’m stil spotting from it but my doctor cleared everything from my uterus.

Now I know how getting pregnant works. But is there a possibility I can still get pregnant?

Can it implant even tho I had a minor surgery? Or do u think surgery would prevent it from happening right away? Like my body has to heel first.?

I guess anything is possible but am I kinda over doing the hoping?

Realistically should I count myself out?
