hey ladies! so i have this guy that i am head over heels with, he’s super respectful and very sweet. i am not sure if we are “dating” yet. but i am 19, almost 20, and he is 22. is this too much of an age gap? i did not know his age until last night, but i’m not sure :/

That seems like a reasonable age gap for your age. You're both adults but he's not like 40 trying to be with a 19 year old. That would have made me say that it's too large of a gap. But yours seems fine. Have fun and good luck!

Oh yeah, you are fine lol. My husband was 19 when we started dating and I was 21. When you talk about an age gap I think 10+ years not 2-3.

That seems like a decent age gap. My boyfriend and I are 5 years apart. He turned 20 in January and I just turned 25 in May. I felt weird about the age gap too when we started talking cause he was 19 then and I was 24 but we don’t see it as an issue and neither does our family.
