Pregnancy scare

Hey ladies. So this last cycle was my first off of the pill and without bc. I did have sex but I also had a “period” when I was supposed to which wasn’t as long as my normal periods and I only cramped the first day, but it was pretty intense and I did have clots. On the 5th (last day) of my bleeding I got the Depo shot. If I were pregnant from the previous cycle and that wasn’t a real period I would be 6 weeks, which would definitely show on tests by now, right? I also thought since I got the shot on the 5th day of my period I didn’t ovulate this cycle so I’m okay. My S/O and I got intimate the day after the shot because on the Planned Parenthood Website it says I was protected bc it was the first 7 days of my bleeding. Help! Am I okay?
