Any moms know of a protein powder that is safe to consume while breastfeeding and that can be a meal replacement?

i’m not sure! I was kinda thinking the same thing! I just used my regular protein powder I had pre pregnancy but was told to never use meal replacements, to only use it as an extra “snack” during pregnancy and breastfeeding but ever dr is different!!
