... endometriosis?...

So I'm in a tough spot financially So I have yet to see a doctor. I was diagnosed about 2 years ago with IBS. But now I'm starting to wonder if I might actually have endometriosis. O had a miscarriage about 4 years ago and ever since then my periods have been getting lighter and shorter. I also have chronic pelvic pain that will start at my bellybutton and shoot down to my crotch. Sometimes it's just in my crotch. I have cramps and all kinds of abdominal pain and discomfort throughout my cycle. Sometimes I have both constipation and diarrhea, but most days it's just diarrhea. Now endometriosis never occurred to me because I see heavy periods as a symptoms. Mine is the opposite. Just this last cycle I spotted for a third of a day bleed for one and then spotted old blood 2-3 days after.

Ladies with endometriosis, do you think I should ask my doctor about this? She seems to think all of this is IBS related. But I still feel like there is something else going on.
