Wth.. prenatals. Mine scored F???

So I'm a FTM and I feel like an idiot and a bad mom. I just so happened upon a score chart for prenatals and the one I've been taking this whole time scores a freaking F for purity, amounts of lead etc. I feel so naive. The ones I've been taking are more than a dollar a pill too. I'm switching right away but I assume my dr would've brought up brands if it had been a HUGE concern. Only thing they said to look for was the right amount of folic acid etc. The cheaper one i started this pregnancy with scored an A+ but also gave me severe diarrhea.
