6 week abdominal scan

I thought I was further along than 6 weeks and went in for an ultrasound. The nurse did an abdominal ultrasound because I thought I was further along ( turns out I calculated incorrectly) in the scan she could only see the sac. She looked for 10 seconds and said it’s too early and to come back in two weeks. Prior to this I had no worry or anxiety and now i am a mess. My scan was done in a small drs clinic on an island off of Malaysia so i am hoping that the machine was old and that’s why she couldn’t see anything yet. I wish I had asked for the transvaginal scan. I feel like I’m on the bottom of the ocean.
