Its taken me weeks of baking to finally perfect this vegan brownie recipe😂
P.S ignore my not so pretty picture, we got excited and cut them before they cooled🙃
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ingredients;
-150g self raising flour
-150 g caster sugar
-30 g light brown sugar -3 tbsps cocoa powder
-200 grams dark chocolate
-220 mls of soy milk
-1tsp van extract
-pinch of salt + cinnamon

-Melt 150 grams of chocolate in a bowl and leave to cool.
-Sieve in flour, and cocoa powder to a mixing bowl, then add sugar, salt and cinnamon and mix well.
-Slowly stir in the vanilla, soy milk, and melted chocolate until well combined, being careful not to over work the gluten! -Chop up some remaining chocolate and mix it in to the batter.
-Pour into a baking tray and bake for 20-25 mins on gas mark 4.
-Always leave your brownies cool for at least 20 minutes, unlike me. Or they fall apart. Like me😂
-I just melted more chocolate for the top and sieved some icing sugar over them!
