Feel like I’m losing my mind ..

I feel like I’m the only one dealing with terrible sleep at night. LO wakes up for feed at 1 and will NOT go back to sleep in bassinet . She falls asleep in my arms but every time I put her down she’s awake .. we go from 1am to 6am trying this over and over .. I don’t know how else I’m suppose to get any sleep and function . This has been happening for a long time . What are my options ? She’s almost 8 weeks . I’ve tried it all
