For me, at least, It's like relief, and i shake a little bit, but it's never as powerful as anyone says. Am i just not horny enough? I only get there from clit stimulation. You will absolutely know when you’ve had an orgasm. Most girls/women only reach orgasm but clitoral stimulation. What you describe is orgasm, may be not a crazy one yet. Most women get it with clitoris stimulation only. To make your orgasm better, instead of putting toys inside, you can try more ways/ pattern on the clitoris like zigzag, circling, rubbing with different pressure. Also, slowing down but not completely stopping when you start to shake, and again pacing it up might give better results.
