Advice about getting a restraining order.

I left my toxic narcissistic ex over a year ago. He left me alone for a few months then the emails started. Then the phone calls.

He’s blocked on all social media, email, phone and text.

It got so bad I recently changed my email and phone number to get away from all the hovering tactics.

Most recently he texted my father to try and get to me. I had a long talk with my father, he obviously didn’t respond and I showed him how to block the number.

Has anyone dealt with this? I know it’s considered harassment. I just have no idea what to do. I currently live with my folks and they want me to file a report ASAP.
