6 weeks 1 day- stomach is tender to touch

Hello, so I was wondering if any of you have experienced soreness on the right side? I've had twinges for a few weeks however today I woke up and my right side is sore when I press into it and makes me walk differently too. I'm really nervous about having an ectopic pregnancy the pain isn't severe just sore, and I had a scan at 4 weeks where she thought she saw a little sac in my uterus so hopefully she's right. Can't stop obsessing over it😭first pregnancy and man I want this baby
