HSV breakout??

Hey guys.. so I am super freaked out. About two days ago I shaved and I noticed I had cut myself in a couple places & for the next several days I had what I thought was bad razor burn & an open cut from cutting myself. Well fast forward to now, it is not healing and some of the “razor burn” is white and I’m starting to worry that it might be HSV.. I did have unprotected sex with someone new. I just need to know if this sounds at all like I could be HSV. I know it’s hard to tell without images but I’m super insecure about this & my vagina in general. 😣
