HELP?!?

I am thoroughly freaked out... I’m 24, my daughter is 4. I never breastfed but my breastmilk has never fully dried up, either. Being that if I squeeze, I still produce at least a few drops of milk at a time. This might sound odd but it’s kind of become a habit to do it from time to time almost like a “well, yep, still there!” kind of thing for whatever reason. Don’t judge me, lol.

Well I just did that... and it came out looking... rusty??? Bloody??? Dark??? This has never happened before, and it really freaked me out. Has anyone else ever experienced this? What in the world is happening 🤯

Edit: definitely going to mention it to my doctor, I’m just curious if anyone has ever had this happen to them as I’ve had no diet changes and it’s the first time in nearly 5 years it’s looked different at ALL
