Tmi but help

So 4 weeks ago I had a normal 7 day before well then 4 days later I clearly was ovulating well 3 days go by and I start spotting been spotting for almost 3 weeks now and I also have this thick gummy discharge and not sure why also I haven't had a period in a year also I have pcos I was on birth control for so long I feel that my body is coming back but so confused on why I'm having this discharge it's been like this since I been off my period and I been spotting
