Post HSG X-RAY and found a polyp?

Question

I did my hsg yesterday. Right fallopian open very well, yet the dye didn’t go through the left tube smoothly, dr told me it’s not considered blocked.
They found a polyp at the beginning of my cervical opening! Which explains my pain during intercourse. I need to do a surgery to remove it! I’m TTC for one year.
Has anyone had a polyp and made it go away without a surgery??

I have had 2 polyps. One was so large it took my entire uterine cavity and cause miscarriage and the 2nd was tiny that developed just a few months after. Both were removed surgically. Recovery was very easy for me and I had almost no pain with the large one that was removed vaginally with sedation. The smaller was was removed laparoscopically because my doctor wanted to also do a full anatomy explore to be certain there wasn’t anything else causing my infertility while he was in there. Thankful everything was normal but that surgery was way more recovery time due to the incisions through my abdominal wall. I was pretty sore for 5-7 days. I know this doesn’t answer your question about doing it naturally but want to give you my experience if you decide to go the surgical route. Good luck!!!
