Heat rash??
Does any one know what this might be? She’s 4 months. She hasn’t had a fever or anything. She started baby food 2 days ago. I noticed this last night. She has it on her face a little just the side and on top of her head. Also it goes down her back to her butt. She has a pediatrician appointment tomorrow. Just a little worried.
