Talk to me about having 3 kids

My husband and I have 2 boys already, ages 3.5 years and 1 year.

I loved the age gap at first because #1 was old enough to entertain himself for a bit while I cared for baby brother and didn’t need me every second of the day. However, now that #2 is starting to want to play more, I find the age gap more difficult as their types of play are soooo different at these ages.

So, we are considering having #3 much sooner than planned simply because I want to have a closer age gap.

We are financially able to support more kids so it’s nothing to do with anything like that. Just wondering what your experiences are going from 2 to 3 kids and their ages. Thanks! 🥰
