5 weeks miscarriage

I was 5 weeks pregnant. My partner and I had sex yesterday morning. I have had mild cramping ever since and very light pink spotting yesterday. This morning when I woke up I had dark red bleeding and continue to have it along with mild cramping. Am I having a miscarriage? Or is this normal after sex....

I am waiting to hear back from my doctor.

Update: just took a pregnancy test and it was negative 😢😔 I read that sex cannot cause a miscarriage but this all started right after having sex...feeling defeated
