What is going on?

So I've been having really weird vivid dreams for the past week or so (I almost never dream normally) and today I started having breast tenderness. Which are both symptoms I had during my pregnancy with my daughter who's 10 months old. I don't see any way I could be pregnant as me and my SO use both condoms and I use nuva ring birth control. My mind probably just jumps to pregnancy because I got pregnant with my daughter with the mirena iud birth control implant so I'm a little paranoid. Any ideas of why I'm having these symptoms other than pregnancy??
