Itchy period

This doesn't usually happen to me and if it does it usually goes away within a few days, but has anyone had a very sensitive vagina on your period to where if you are passing a blood clot your vagina gets super irritated on the inside. This is my longest period since starting to be regular 4 years ago and the constant itching and having to run to the bathroom is killing me 😩. I have checked and I dont have a yeast infection or UTI. And I can't get an appointment with my gyno for another two weeks! Help???
