Embarrassing... hemorrhoids

So I’m a girl in my 20s and I have had hemorrhoids before... I don’t know why but I’m assuming it had to do with not going #2 sometimes cause I was embarrassed and it caused a lot of pressure down there. Anyway I have leftover “skin” from when the blood vessel went back into the skin. Does anyone have experience with this?? I want to get them removed but I don’t have insurance or anything. It’s very embarrassing and I don’t let the guy I’m with really explore much down there because of it.
