I feel like my MIL is overfeeding my 7mo. 😒 How much purée/food is your kiddo eating daily?

My son just turned 8 months and LOVES food. As in he gets really mad/sad if you're eating and doesn't share. Here's an example of meals he eats, it would be one of the options under each heading, not all of them if that makes sense. I'm terrible with the actual amounts because I just do it by eye, but he basically eats one baby bowl that is about 3/4 full at breakfast and dinner (maybe about 4 oz of food?) and then a slightly smaller lunch. He also nurses or gets a bottle of breastmilk 6 times a day.
Breakfast:
-2 tbsp (when dry) of oatmeal mixed with a breastmilk and 2 oz fruit puree and a small amount of chopped fruit as finger food.
-1 scrambled egg with shredded cheese (sometimes chopped veggies mixed in) and some chopped fruit on the side
-half of a frozen waffle or pancake with  yogurt, chopped fruit, or applesauce
Lunch:
-Chopped fruit with some yogurt or cottage cheese, maybe a few Puffs or the rice teething crackers
-slice of turkey lunch meat or shredded chicken with shredded cheese, chopped fruit or veggies
-leftover pasta, mac and cheese, or rice, with chopped fruits or veggies and maybe a few bites of shredded chicken
Dinner:
Whatever we're eating... so normally some kind of chicken or fish, maybe some pasta or rice, and steamed/roasted veggies

Our boy is 7 months old and getting solids 3 times a day. 
Breakfast is 6oz formula bottle and oat cereal (2 tbsp)
Lunch is 6oz bottle and fruits/veggies (approx. 2-3tbsp)
Late afternoon is 6oz bottle only
Dinner is fruits/veggies/meat (approx. 2-3 tbsp) and some puffs or mum-mums while we eat our dinner. 
Before bed is 6oz bottle. 
He doesn’t seem to be eating too much and is full until the next feed.

We do a tbsp of oatmeal mixed with 2oz purées and formula for breakfast, 4oz purées for lunch and another 4oz for dinner. She doesn’t always finish everything but she usually does. I breastfeed when she wakes up in the morning, after each nap and before bed (so 4-5 times a day).

My boy eats 3 solid meals a day. When I do purees its 2oz I mix in rice or oatmeal and 2 oz formula. In between each of those he gets a 6oz bottle. He also has a few puffs or yogurt drops in between but not enough to count for much. Then he gets a 10oz bottle before bed. I really do believe it strictly depends on the baby.

She eats about 6oz total per day split into 3 meals. She also eats puffs, yogurt drops, toast, and some chicken or noddles. She went from eating hardly anything to a lot very suddenly. She also drinks 30oz of milk and she gets a sippy cup of water for dinner but she doesn’t drink to much water

I bf her during the day so not sure how much Milk she is getting overall. But we have solids most days and she maybe has 1/4 to 1/3 cup of purées once each day. Solids really aren’t that important at this age.

We are doing 2oz in the am about an hour to hour and a half after first bottle and then 2oz in the evening about 1-/hrs before last bottle of the night/bed. Her naps still interfere with a lunch feeding and I’m letting her guide me on how much she wants. I am however giving her a couple teething wafers in the afternoon as a snack and sometimes a few puffs with meals. Water is offered with meals and snack
