Are you talking about purchasing something? If so then I would say there is PLENTY of free articles! We did buy babywise book and followed that when our son was a newborn and then read Ferber sleep method book and those were definitely worth it! I used a lot of articles on takingcarababies to just do general research. But these definitely worked for us. We were struggling with our son not sleeping more than 2-4 hours at a time when he was 6 months and we implemented the Ferber principles and after only 4 days he was sleeping 8-10 hours straight (also, he only cried 17 minutes at the longest and that was only ONCE). Now he sleeps 645-7 until 630-7am. So worth it for us! Good luck mama.

I was fine adjusting to his schedule when he was young, but we did TCB at 12 months and it was a breeze. At 2 weeks in, he was easily going to sleep on his own and staying there for 11-12 hours with no issue.

I haven't done her newborn. But purchased her 3-4 month and love it. We saw improvement pretty much right away! My friend did the newborn and swears by it. 
She does have a lot of tips on her insta. Go to the highlights and try those before buying it 😊

I thought it was! Little Z’s was too harsh for us. TCB was more gentle and it worked great.

It wasn’t a program we were interested in. We preferred Little Z’s method - honestly I didn’t want my baby wrapped in that Magic Merlin suit - that thing is ridiculous and hot as hell! Plus one more thing to have to change as babe gets older. Little Z’s was manageable - we did the routine, blacked out the room, got a Hatch sound machine, and did what she said. By week 10 baby slept 7-8 hours a night. By week 13/14 she was sleeping 10.5 hours a night. Now she’s at 12 hours a night and doing great.
