This is kinda far fetched but I want some advice on how to go about it.

After unsuccessfully trying to conceive for awhile i have considered adopting.. but i also want to be a 'safe haven' I guess that's a way of putting it. I would like to adopt a baby that a mother might seem unfit for or possibly want to give up. I would like to meet the mother and bond with the mother and follow the whole process with her.

What would be the best way to go about this?
