Failed IUI w PCOS do we try IVF?

About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS. I was prescribed 1000 mg of Metformin twice a day and birth control. I’ve struggled with irregular periods and weight gain throughout my whole life, with little success of losing weight. in the summer of 2019 I decided that it was my time to TTC. Considering I am in a same-sex relationship it required help from a fertility doctor as well as a donors sperm. After choosing a donor with positive pregnancies reported, we started on our journey. Over the last year I’ve gone through 5 unsuccessful IUI treatments. Each cycle producing two eggs that were of mature size. I’ve taken Letrozole, Estrogen, Progesterone and Ovidrel. Needless to say I’m pretty much spent, physically and emotionally. I’m returning to my fertility doctor after taking a 3 month break due to COVID. To be honest I don’t even know where to go from here. The last time I spoke to our doctor she mentioned IVF but we did not go into detail, she also mentioned a surgery that would allow them to check my cervix. Any recommendations/advice as to what kind of questions I should ask at my appointment this week?
