IS THIS A HICKEY???

Guys my dude sent me this photo today and I noticed a faint spot on his neck on his left. It’s not very dark but it’s the perfect spot for a hickey, so can anyone help me determine if it’s a hickey or just discoloration or something else 😰

I don’t wanna wrongly accuse him of cheating, but I also can’t let this slide if he is.

it doesn’t really look like a hickey to me, i’d ask him though, but don’t just be like “ is that a hickey on your neck “ it looks just like the lighting or he scratched it and it turned red

I think he scratched it. It could be a hickey but probably not especially since if it was he probably wouldn’t have been stupid enough to not cover it in the photo lol. If you wanna know you can always be like (while making out bring up hickeys maybe somehow) “oh yeah it was funny the other day that selfie you sent me in the mirror it kinda looked like you had a hickey hahaha i know it couldn’t be tho but it looked like it haha” in a totally jokey way and see if he looks guilty or anything weird afterwards. If he looks guilty maybe say “what’s wrong, it wasn’t right? Haha” and then see his reaction again. This way you’re just joking but still kinda asking. Good luck. But really if you don’t trust him that’s a whole other serious conversation you guys gotta have
