Pregnant and POS for antibodies

So my doctor ran a viral panel to check for what may be causing my abnormal (but fully functioning) placenta. The results positively identified antibodies for both HSV types. Cold sores and genital herpes. I’ve never had a cold sore in my life and can’t recall anything that resembles a genital outbreak, but none the less, antibodies are present. Anyone find out this way or had a similar experience?
