Rainbow baby could it be?!?!

I am never late, I’ll be 40 in July, please oh please let tomorrow show a positive! We have been trying for 18 months with a miscarriage, some thyroid issues and polyp removal. This would be the best 40th birthday I could imagine. I love my doggy but I want to be more than a dog mom!!
