What do i do?

My boyfriends ex girlfriend keeps heart reacting to all of my boyfriends facebook posts. It wouldnt normally be a big deal but the thing is that they arent facebook friends, so that means that shes searching him out all the time to react to his posts... She hearts all of his posts except for the posts he makes about me. A few months ago, my boyfriend noticed and said he would block her if it made me uncomfortable but it didnt upset me as much back then because she had only reacted to like three of his posts and i thought it was kinda funny that she did that. At one point, she even sent me a friend request and went through all of my photos and heart reacted to all my pictures of him and commented about how cute he is and then removed me as a friend. This has been going on since last year in July and I'm so close to messaging her and telling her to fuck off
