Would this piss you off?

My husband does with pretty frequently and it ticks me off. I guess I'm just curious if I'm wrong for being kind of annoyed.
I put our toddler to bed at 8, but before that we read a book and I hold him close and cuddled for a bit till he gets drowsy. While I do this my husband goes and lays on the couch and immediately falls asleep at like 745. I get my son settled and come back out and I have to get the dishes done and clean up the kitchen and stuff while he sleeps. Sometimes I'll take my shower too. Then I ask him if he wants to hang out and watch TV or whatever  since we get very little time alone (about 2 hours at night) and he doesn't wake up. He literally says sleeping there all night. Doesn't change his clothes, brush his teeth, anything. Then I let the dog out and everything (he usually does it) and I go do something by myself.
I don't mind spending time alone I actually enjoy it, but what annoys me is that he just clocks out for the day and I'm left doing everything and he doesn't even say goodnight or anything. He doesn't shower or brush his teeth or anything.
Idk it just annoys me. Am I wrong?

Your not wrong. I’m sure your both tired. He should be doing the dishes and cleaning up while your getting LO to bed. So then when you LO is asleep you can do something together or he can go to sleep and you do something by yourself. There shouldn’t be one person working and the other sleeping in my opinion. Team work.

I would be so annoyed too but do you think that the disconnection from life/lack of hygiene & effort could be him getting depressed? Try not to overlook any signs this maybe something y’all can fix with some sympathy, understanding, and communication

Are you a stay at home mom? Is he threw one working at a job outside the house? What are his hours like? There’s a lot into play that’s missing but obviously he’s tired or he wouldn’t fall asleep so early. I’m sure you’re tired too, you guys need to talk about it.

My husband is the same, doesn’t “see” any mess but will follow instructions if I tell him what to do. So annoying, I don’t want to feel like his mom but whatever. Maybe you could have a “evening jobs” checklist that should be completed before sleeping?

I would be super annoyed if he didn’t help clean up while you’re putting the baby to bed. If he’s legit so tired he’s falling asleep watching tv or something later well that’s not his fault. But he can’t just decide he’s done for the day at 7:45pm lol

Depends. If your husband works hard all day he must be dead tired that is all. 
What can be said is to him get ready to bed as soon he finish eating meaning change brush and all that. BUT he should def put your kid to bed sometimes, even each other day, bc he is a father too it is important for the kid have this interaction as well! 
Idk if you have a job or stay home mom... so it would also make the difference in cleaning up after dinner.
I know some guys specially working early mornings that are just dead tired and they really pass out like that. 
I and my husband dont have kids yet, I am staying at home now and he does cleaning and cooking weekly even working full time. 
So I know for sure he will be doing the same if we have a baby and he really wants to be a dad. 
Communicate with your husband about that!!
