Anyone else's baby HATE sitting up?

Baby girl is almost 7 months old. 2 weeks ago she started being able to sit independently for over a minute. She was sitting for 2-3 minutes without support and my little mommy heart was thrilled to see her hitting this milestone. Also I was thinking of all the cute pictures I could take now of my little sitter. Well she HATES it. If I can get her to sit for 30 seconds without throwing herself backwards I consider it a win. She gets so mad when I try to practice sitting up with her and she would much rather be on her belly. She's coming close to army crawling or full on crawling so I'm thinking she's way more interested in that than sitting still.

Does anyone else have a baby that hates sitting up? I practice with her every day, but it doesn't matter what I do, 30 seconds to 1 minute is max before she gets mad and throws herself.

I sit her up between my legs while we sit on the floor or in the crook of my knee to help encourage her, but she even throws herself then most of the time. I just think she's not interested in sitting up anymore.
