Deli meat early pregnancy?

I know you arent supposed to eat cold deli meat in pregnancy, but I just found out and didnt think before packing my sandwich for lunch lol. I would only be about 4 weeks. Do you think it is ok?

I ate sandwiches every day! I craved them my entire pregnancy. Just make sure it doesn't get too warm or it's not old meat

I always microwave the meat for like 20 seconds or less.

Deli meat is fine as it's pre-cooked (like ham, chicken etc). 
Raw ham and other raw meats are a no no x
