Anyone breast feed ?

I am pumping every two hours and not really getting shit. I get like an ounce from each boobie.. I put my little one week five day old on them when she’s hungry 
Am I supposed to pump less then two hours ?
My titties start tingling around an hour an a half and then milk comes out of my nipples. Do I wait or pump then

2 oz every 2 hours is standard output... baby should be drinking 1-1.5 oz per hour and at 5 days old, baby’s tummy is still tiny. 
Get checked for flange sizing as well, but like another poster said- the amount you’re pumping does not indicate the amount baby is actually transferring while nursing.

Pumping is not comparable to what baby gets. However, if you’re wanting to build a stash of breast milk, out her on one breast and pump the other while shes nursing.

So first I m hoping u contacted a lactation consultant.I ve breastfed all 3 of my babies two til they were toddlers.I began taking a supplement t called Gaia Lactation Support ..was 23 bucks for about a 2 week supply .Increased my milk alot within 24 hours n a ton the next week or so ..even if I forgot to drink or eat enough.I cant recall when I began ool pumping alot but I pumped for 10m .in after a 10 min feeding .

An ounce from each side is completely normal. Especially if you are doing it every 2 hours.

Check to make sure your flanges fit well. If you google “How are flanges supposed to fit”, you should see a variety of pictures that show you too small/large of a fit and a just right fit. If you’re nursing baby and you feel a let down (the tingling), maybe try putting a manual pump or a Haaka on the side baby isn’t nursing on. That should be able to offer you some relief until your next nursing session.
