I haven’t been in labor at a hospital since my first son 7+ years ago ! I need help packing an essentials for before and after labor.

I already have

Gown type outfit.

Sports bra/ breastfeeding bra

lose underwear

Head phones

Shampoo/body wash

Chap Stick

Pillow

Socks

From there my mind goes blank.

For the baby I have

Everything I know I need I believe. If you want to add somethings you forgot or didn’t think of I’m open to it ! (Breastfeed baby)

So help a momma out I have two days to get everything together And I’m just scatter brained lol !
