Weird symptoms

I am 9 DPO and 11 days past insemination. I am scared we did it to early, but having weird symptoms. I have had sore breasts for about 4 days, and I don’t typically have that as a pms symptom. I have been having a lot of cramping, but not like a pin prick or anything. More like radiating and stretching. My period cramps don’t usually start until the day before my period, and feels way different. I also have a canker sore on my lip that cam out of nowhere 2 days ago. I tested yesterday and today with FMU, both BFN. Anyone else?
