Guy friend I want to cuddle, nothing more, is this possible??

Have a boyfriend, but he is not the cuddling type... have a male friend, he loves to cuddle... is it possible to cuddle with him and him or myself not to get turned on?? Told him I want to go away for my bday weekend with out the boyfriend and told him I need a really good cuddle session... He jumped at the chance and said we can cuddle all weekend...

We are both no where near each others type!! But close friends.... tell each other love you like a fat kid loves cake everyday....

is this possible?? Or am I thinking too much of it?
