40 and wanting a baby
Hi all,
I turned 40 two months ago and I’ve been with my BF for 3.5 years (living together for 2 years). At the start of our relationship I made it clear that I wanted children and although he didn’t jump for joy he said that children would be ‘good’. The topic of kids has been brought up briefly a few times since but It’s always me that instigates it. It worries me that he isn’t worried that we are both 40. I know he loves me and I love him but I’m so anxious to bring it up again. I want to start trying now for kids. I guess there’s no easy way to say it to him, shall I just come I with it? I don’t want to scare him off or put pressure on him. Any advice please! Thanks!
