Just need to vent

Last week I had my 1hr suger test and I failed 😭..I have to go back tomorrow to retake the test for 3 hr to find out if I have gestational diabetes I've been panicking all week doing research and just thinking a whole lot. I've seen whole bunch of videos and everyone says it's not your fault..but how can I not think it not my fault. I've been checking my suger levels like crazy. Diabetes runs on my fathers side and that's Stresses me out the most..I already have a son which hes 13 now..yes I know a very big difference in age I was 16 when I had him and I had him at 33weeks..even doe the doctor said baby girl is doing great and shes strong it's just this whole gestational diabetes CRAP
