Positive OPK without my Ovidrel injection

Hi ladies I am freaking out I got a positive opk ok the cheapies opk test strip and it’s positive it’s 12:00am and my clear blue it’s negative but I am sure this will turn positive by tomorrow morning. I have my first follicle scan tomorrow I haven’t even taken my Ovidrel injection I am scared I will ovulate before they do the
