Cold while pregnant

Hey ladies! Earlier this week a friend asked me to help with childcare and I agreed, only to find out when I got there that both kids were sick🙄 I tried to be sooo careful but I woke up yesterday and sure enough I caught their cold. They were tested for covid and it was negative so I’m not worried about that- but I was wondering if anyone has any tips to ease the discomfort of the cold since medications like DayQuil arent an option.
