Tmi question
I’ve suffered from chronic constipation for years. I’ve been to the doctor mulitple times and nothing’s helped except for squatting over the toilet when i try to poop. I tried this one day and was amazed it actually worked so I kept doing it. I’m now able to poop once every 2-3 days instead of once a week like I was before. Does anyone else squat when they go to have a bowel movement?
