Low intensity workouts

So due to lockdown I’ve gained a little bit of weight from sitting down 24/7😂 (I’m sure others are with me!)

I have knee and hip problems so can’t run or walk for a long period of time, have to be careful about what exercise I do.

I’ve only gained a dress size so not too much to lose! But what low intensity work outs do you do? I’m finding it hard to find ones I like. I need one to keep me motivated!

I used to do things like Pilates but felt it never did anything for me.

I love legs, bum and tum workouts. Not keen on arms but can’t leave them out😂

I’m so bad for not eating breakfast so trying to get into the habit of having something, even if it’s a breakfast bar. I’m basically veggie and last time I done that the weight fell off me but this time round nothing seems to have changed...
