Needing Help Please!

Hey Everyone!

I came across a 1 year level 5 health service programme that I’m very interested in doing. I just don’t understand what this statement means.. ‘Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a standard of knowledge, skill and competence equivalent to NFQ Level 4 when accessing a Level 5 programme.’ It also says ‘No formal education or qualifications are required although applicants may have participated in primary and secondary education.’ (Which I have).

Does this mean I need a NFQ level 4 before doing this programme?
