5 weeks and bleeding

TMI

I woke up this morning to pee before work and when I wipe there was bright red blood on the toilet paper, I wiped a second time and there was still blood but not as much; nothing in the toilet, nothing in my underwear.

Of course I PANICK and start bawling. I woke up feeling nauseous like I have been every morning lately, no cramps out of the ordinary.

I’ve gone about the rest of my day- no cramps any different then what I have been having and only LIGHT pale pale pink spotting when wiping.

Of course my mind goes right to the worst thing😕

Has this happened to anyone else and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?

I don’t know if it’s worth mentioning but we did a frozen embryo transfer.
