3 week old vomit- inconsolable crying...?

Me and my baby boy have been struggling these past few days I’ve noticed every time after eating he like vomits quite a bit and we have been supplementing with formula which he demands a lot of and I dont usually want to give him more than 2 oz but he will just cry really really bad so I think its because of hunger since how he opens his mouth, chews hands etc. he’s been having these episodes of inconsolable crying also and these times get hard I will talk to my pediatrician about this tomorrow. I dont know if I am overfeeding him or not, he goes on the breast for whatever time he wants. Usually 10 min each or 15 on the left 5 on the right. Every 1-3 hrs. He’s been skipping naps just recently, whenever the crying started getting really bad. Anyways back to the vomiting he does after eating, it sometimes is a lot for a while even when he’s laying down I have to put a burp cloth under his head. He also pees and poops a lot so theres a lot of moving around going on between feedings. Idk if that makes any difference. Anyways today was rough he was crying a lot and I was trying to help figuring him out and nothing was working zi could tell he was hungry so I fed him and then he still

Seemed hungry so I gave him 2 oz of formula by then he had already skipped his first nap after sleeping all night very well waking up every 3-4 hrs so I was like alright maybe he’s not tired but he just been crying and trying to eat his fists and anything really so After the 2 oz I fed him another 2 oz which then he seemed more satisfied. Slept for 30-40 min and then up again screaming. Changed him couple times and then I was going crazy again trying to calm him down I gave him the breast twice for comfort at last time he finally gave in he been sleeping I been cleaning. He does have this on his bib though what is it and is it normal like I said when I burp him after feeding he does his burping and vomiting a bit. But is this normal in this bib it has never been this color or like this shape either.
