Diva Cup Concerns

I want to make the switch (or try) to a Diva Cup or some similar brand, but I honestly don’t know if I’ll be able to do it right. All this talk about where your cervix is, knowing the size, knowing placement of things during your cycle 🤯

I guess knowledge of my innards are more limited than I thought. How do I know how far up it goes, if it’s done right, what size, where my cervix is vs inserting too far? Are there any good visuals (cartoons/drawings somewhere) I can refer to?

I feel so stupid for a 31 year old mom, but tired of using a Super+ in the morning and pulling out a dry regular by night. Aaaah help!
