Late night snacks that don’t involve bread or carbs??
I’ve been up late at night a lot recently. I binge watch shows and I always want a snack, I’ve been reaching for junk like chocolate and cakes and I sometimes even make a whole sandwich or eat croissants and bagels. Is there anything that I could eat that would satisfy me that doesnt have bread or carbs? I’ve tried eating fruits and veggies but I’m only good for like 10 minutes then I’ll want even more food😭😭😭
